Psalm 138 is a song of thankfulness and praise. To be thankful, one needs to be thankful "FOR" something.
This Psalm tells us what David is thankful for and how he has expressed that gratitude and also hints at where or before whom he has sung his praise to God. We today can follow his model and sing our thanks and praise to him in more places than just our church.
