How bad is it if someone who can work (body and mind functioning) resists or refuses to be industrious/productive with their time? According to the Proverbs, they deserve to be censured and labeled a Sluggard; one who is unwise, and as a result will soon be a burden on the community. How would you turn a healthy Sluggard into a productive member of the community?
