Part 5 | Bread and Body

When Jesus instituted the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper he gave us a meal with two elements to consume: Bread, which he said is his body, and wine, which he said is his blood. In the first of two sermons on the Lord’s Supper, we will focus on the bread and the body, and answer the questions: Why did Jesus institute a meal as one of the sacraments? Why bread? And why his body?
